This makes a slightly lumpy dish. If you wish to make it smoother, just add extra water and continue to blend after step 5 until you reach your desired texture.
20 g brown rice
120 g potato, peeled, cut in chunks
20 g lettuce leaves, torn into pieces
20 g lean ham chopped in pieces
250 g water
1 tsp olive oil
Weight rice into the TM bowl. Put a paper towel over the hole in the TM lid and press the measuring cup into the place of it.
Grind the rice for 1 minute on speed 9 then discard the paper towel.
Wash the lettuce and potatos and chop roughly.
Put into the TM bowl with the rice and chop for 10 seconds on speed 7.
Add the water and cook for 14 minutes on 100ºC on speed 3.
Add the ham and mix for 10 seconds on speed 5
Pour out the cream into a dish, add the olive oil and leave to cool before serving.
