Breakfast Risotto

Ingredients

20 g Butter

200g Arborio Rice

2tsp Vanilla Extract or one Vanilla pod split with the seeds scraped out

60g Sugar

950g Milk

Method

Place the butter in the TM bowl and melt for 1 minute at 100ºC on speed 1.

Insert Butterfly add rice and vanilla and sauté for 2 minutes at 100ºC on Reverse + speed 1.

Add sugar and milk and cook for 25 minutes at 100ºC on Reverse + speed 1 or 2. About 5 mins into

cooking take off the MC and off and place the rice basket over if you are worried about milk

spitting.

Serve with chopped bananas, strawberries or blueberries.
