150 g Raisins
45g Masala or Brandy
200g Coarse Polenta
140g Self Raising Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
180g warm water
Pre-heat the oven to 170ºC.
Place Raisins and Masala into the TM bowl and heat for 3 minutes at 100ºC on Reverse + speed 1.
Take out and place aside. Place butter into TM bowl and melt for 2 minutes at 50ºC on speed 4.
Add all other ingredients including the raisins into TM bowl and mix for 20 seconds on Reverse +
Put into your greased cake tin and bake at 170 degrees for 40 mins.
