    how many does this serve?

I have fed 2 or 4 just altering the size of the fish and the amount of rice I have used… rice equals 100 grams per serve and fish I normally allow 200 grams per serve… if using a lot of fish you may need to place in the Varoma tray a little earlier.

A lovely recipe, we’ve enjoyed it twice in the last two days. I think the sauce could be a little more liquid, for example by adding a small amount of Chinese rice wine vinegar or white wine. One or two drops of sesame oil would probably also be a great addition.

    Cheers and thanks!
