Calzonie - Thermomix Recipes from Steph


The dough is the basic TM31 pizza dough. Follow the recipe and add the following ingredients before kneading:


50cc of boiling water (1/2 MC)

1 teaspoon of honey


Add the honey to the water and stir until disolved. Then add to other pizza dough ingredients in the TM Bowl and follow recipe.

When the dough has risen, divide the dough into eight balls. Press the balls into rounds and roll out on a silicon mat or a lightly floured surface to a 10 x 20cm rectangles. Place each rectangle on a piece of baking paper.

Place your fillings on half of the dough and dampen the edges with hot water. Fold over to enclose the filling and press the edges to seal. Brush with some olive oil and bake at 210°C until a golden brown colour and crispy. 10-12 minutes.

Tomato sauce for the base


1 punnet of mini roma tomatoes

handful each of fresh basil and parsley

20grams of olive oil

1 clove of garlic

salt and pepper to taste


Blend all ingredients for 10 seconds on speed 7.

Cook for 3 minutes on 90°, Speed 1. Set aside to cool


The only restriction on fillings is your imagination.

100gms of sundried tomatoes, handful of fresh basil

Place both ingredients in the TM31 and blend for 5 seconds on speed 7. Set aside.

Other ingredients:

mushrooms, black olives

Slice the mushrooms and olives, place in the Tm31 with approximately 30 gms of olive oil and sauté for 3 minutes on 70°, Reverse. Set aside.

mozzarella Cheese Grate in the TM31

To Make up

place the sauce on first, next the sundried tomato & basil mixture, then the mushrooms & olives, last the Mozzarella cheese

Other suggestions for fillings

grated parmesan cheese, pepperoni, finely sliced, dried chili flakes, baby spinach leaves
