Corn Bread

This recipe is from the Thermomix Cooking Classes

Ingredients & Method

Mix 3 eggs on Speed 6 for 10 seconds


• 180g corn meal (polenta)

• 180g baker’s flour + 1 tsp baking powder

• 100g oil

• 260g milk

• 250g of creamed cottage cheese

• 1tsp salt

Mix for 10 seconds, speed 4 or until combined.

Place mixture into buttered bread tin or a 12 mini loaf tin

(Can use coconut butter so it won’t burn)

Bake in oven 25-30 minutes at 180°C

Note: for TM21 decrease speed by 1 and use speed 1 for speed soft, reverse
