CORIANDER RELISH - Thermomix Recipes from Steph


 Recipe by Kim Smith VIC Consultant – from her Gogetter’s Presentation Many thanks Kim!


1tbs sunflower oil

1 1/4 cups coriander leaves

1 green chilli, seeds removed

2 tbs peanuts

2 garlic cloves

1 tsp ginger

1 tsp caster sugar

2 tbs lime juice

2 tsp fish sauce


Place all ingredients (except oil) into TM bowl and chop for 5 -7 seconds on speed 8.

Mix in oil on speed 5 for 6 seconds.

Serve with roasted kumara wedges.

    this is awesome – i could happily have eaten the entire amount myself. Might try it with just one teaspoon of fish sauce first next time (tomorrow?) & add more if nec. Think it would go well with chicken or fish as well as a dip!
