Red Pepper Hommus

Recipe from Wendy Belton from the UK Demonstrator Delights Cookbook

350g Jar of roasted red peppers, drained
410g tin of chickpeas, drained
1 tsp parika
30g cream cheese
30g garlic oil
1 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste

Put all ingredinents in TM bowl and blend for 30 seconds on speed 4.

Blend longer at speed 4 if you prefer it smoother.
