2 skinless chicken breast fillets
freshly squeexed lemon juice (1 to 2 tsp per chicken breast
Herb Salt (see recipe in condiment section)
2 medium potato
carrots, peeled and sliced
Wrap chicken breats in individual parcels (foil or baking paper with some lemon juice and herb salt on top of each piece of chicken. Place the parcels in the bottom varoma dish.
Cut potatos in chunks (about 3cm) and place in the internal basket (rice basket). Place carrots in upper Varoma tray.
Add water to TM Bowl, insert basket place assembled Varoma on top of the TM lid (without the MC) Steam for 30 minutes Varoma Temperature Speed 1
This is a recipe for 2 people but could eacily be doubled.
