1 Large red onion
2 Garlic Cloves
1.2kg Chopped Roma Tomatoes
270g Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon of curry powder
½ Teaspoon Chilli Powder
½ Cup of Sultanas
½ Tablespoon of Salt
Ground Black Pepper to taste
Cut the red onion in ¼ place in TM bowl with the garlic and chop 3secs Sp 6
Add all other ingredients and mix for 3secs on Sp 3.
Heat mixture 80deg Reverse 10mins Sp 3
Bring mixture to the boil Varoma Reverse 5mins Sp 2.
Simmer on 80deg 1hour Sp1.5
Spoon hot chutney into sterilised jars and allow to cool completely.
Makes approx 1.5 litres of sauce.
