Recipe contributed by Annie Frazier, TM Consultant VIC from her gogetters presentation – Annie says great minds think alike and converted a recipe from her Mum’s cookbook that is the same as the Anzac Bikkies in the Everyday Cookbook – Annie uses Honey instead of Maple Syrup… Yummy!!!
110g Rolled Oats
150g Plain Flour
140g Raw Sugar
2 Tablespoons Honey
2 Tablespoons Water
1 Teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda
Melt butter 2.5mins 60Deg Sp 2
Add Bicarbonate, honey and water Mix 5sec Sp 4
Add the Rolled Oats, the Plain Flour, the Coconut and the Raw Sugar, combine mixture 12 sec Sp 3.
Roll mixture into balls, place on baking tray and cook in pre heated oven to180degrees for 10 mins or till golden.
Cover blades with water and steam clean for 10mins Varoma Sp 4.
