1-2 cloves of garlic
1 medium sized stalk of broccoli cut into florets.
1/2 MC of olive oil
6 fillets of anchovies (this can be omitted for children)
½ cup of good quality parmesan cheese
Place the broccoli florets into the rice basket and fill the TM bowl with 1litre of water. Steam on varoma, for 15 minutes, speed 4.
Remove and set aside.
Place the clove/s of garlic into the TM bowl and chop on speed 7 for 3 seconds.
Add ½ MC of olive oil and the anchovies.
Cook at 100 degrees for 3 – 4 minutes, speed 2.
Add the broccoli and ½ cup of parmesan cheese. Combine all ingredients on speed 5 for 10 seconds.
Toss through your favourite cooked pasta.
This is lovely served with shaved parmesan cheese and cracked pepper.
NB: Kids love this recipe without the anchovies which can be omitted.
