2 cloves of garlic
1 medium sized red capsicum sliced thinly (lengthways)
1 cup of olive oil (150g)
Handful of pitted calamatta olives
Place a small handful of fresh parsley into the TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 8. Remove and set aside.
Place the 2 cloves of garlic into the TM bowl and chop on speed 7 for 3 seconds.
Add the olive oil.
Add the thinly sliced red capsicum and the pitted calamatta olives.
Cook at 100 degrees for 7 minutes, speed 1 – 2 on reverse.
Once cooked toss through your favourite cooked pasta and top with a good quality parmesan cheese and sprinkle with fresh parsley!
