• 2 heads garlic, roasted
• 2 cans white beans, drained
• 30ml extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tsp ground cumin
• 120ml lemon juice
• 60ml coconut milk
• 2 tsp fresh rosemary
• 2 tsp fresh oregano
• 2 tsp fresh thyme
• 3 tbsp coconut flour
Pre heat oven to 1800C. Place cloves into foil, drizzle with olive oil. Cook for 30 mins. Squeeze garlic cloves out of their skins into TM bowl.
Chop fresh herbs for 5-10 seconds on Speed 7.
Place remaining ingredients in bowl and mix for 30 seconds on Speed 4.
Serve with dry biscuits, fresh carrot or celery sticks.
