• 1 ½ cups of SR Flour
• ½ cup coconut flour
• 3 eggs
• 50g coconut oil
• ¾ cup skim milk
• 1 ¼ cups water
• 1/4cup sugar
Place all in TM bowl, mix for 30 seconds on Speed 7.
Check that it is well mixed and if not, scrape down and give the mix 10 more seconds.
Can be used immediately or kept in fridge for 2 days.
Cook on a waffle iron.
May cook some light brown for heating in the toaster for breakfast, or cooked fully to eat straight away.
