180g Quinoa grain
500g Filtered water
Rinse and rub Quinoa very well (as it has a bitter covering that you need to rinse off)
Place Quinoa and Water into TM Bowl and cook at Varoma Temp for 8 minutes on Reverse and speed 1
then reduce temp to 80 degrees for 10 minutes on Reverse on Speed 1, Until translucent.
Allow to cool
1250g Filtered water
pinch of salt
20g of raw sugar
Place Quinoa and Water, Salt and Sugar into TM Bowl blend for 3 minutes on speed 9.
As it is pre cooked there is no need to strain.
