Spelt Milk

Recipe – From Hebrewbaby Converted by – Nicola Fletcher (Vic) TM Consultant

Ingredients

200g Spelt Berries (spelt Grain)

750g Filtered water

pinch of salt

4 pitted Dates

½ teaspoon of Vanilla extract

Method

Soak Spelt berries for 8 – 9 hours. Do not soak for too long as it causes the spelt to ferment and your milk will be sour.

Rinse and strain.

Place all ingredients into TM Bowl and blend for 3 minutes on speed 10.

Strain milk through a Nut Milk Bag or 2 layers of Muslin cloth.
