Dairy Free Vanilla Frosting

Recipe – The Crabapple Bakery Cupake cookbook Converted by – Nicola Fletcher (Vic)

Ingredients

1kg Icing Sugar

200g Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Coconut Oil or Nutlex

20g Vanilla Extract

90g Rice Milk

Method

Place Icing Sugar and Coconut Oil into TM Bowl chop for 20 seconds on speed 7 Move mixture around with Spatula.

Add Vanilla Extract and Milk into TM Bowl mix for 10 seconds on speed 7.

Scrap down sides of bowl

Insert Butterfly and aerate mixture for 4 minutes on speed 3 with MC off to allow air into bowl.

Add your food coloring and mix for 10 seconds on speed 3.

Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
