Almond Granita

• 70grams sugar

• 170grams of almonds with the skin on

• 700grams of ice-cubes

• 50grmas of dark chocolate (optional)

• 200 – 250mls of milk or dairy alternative.< ingredients >


Place sugar into TM bowl and mill for 4 seconds on speed 9.

Add almonds and mill for 7 seconds on speed 9

Add all other ingredients and process on speed 10 for 1 minute


You can vary the sugar and almonds for more or less and it makes a great summer dessert, served with summer berries and some people even serve it for breakfast on a hot summer day
