• 300g fresh beetroot
• 1 medium onion
• 1 orange (zest and juice)
• 3 tsp salt
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
• 5 Tbsp red wine jus or vinegar
• 2 Tbsp organic sugar
Place the zest of the orange into the TM Bowl and chop for 6 seconds, speed 7.
Add onion and beetroot and chop for 6 seconds, speed 7
Add the orange juice, jus and sugar and cook for 30 minutes, 100°C speed 3.
Puree for 6 seconds, speed 7
Place into a sterilised screw top jar and store in refrigerator.
Serve with cold meat and salad.
