Recipe by Grace!!!!!!
150g Dark Chocolate broken into pieces
1/2 MC Milk
500g Mascarpone Cheese
2 tbsp Icing Sugar
150-200g Plum Jam (or to taste)
50-100ml MC Brandy
Place chocolate and milk into TM bowl,
melt for 4 minutes at 80°C on speed 3. Cool down.
Add remaining ingredients in the bowl.
Mix to combine for 30 seconds on speed 5.
Refrigerate for 1/2 hour minimum before serving.
Serve in a large bowl or in small individual bowls. Decorate with mint leaves and fruit of
your choice i.e. Raspberries or strawberries.
