120g dark cooking chocolate
1 tbsp water
250g toasted hazelnuts
Place chocolate into TM bowl and chop for 10 seconds on speed 9.
Add honey, sugar and water. Cook for 7 minutes at 90°C on speed 4.
Line tray with rice paper and spread hazelnuts evenly over tray.
Pout the chocolate mixture over the hazelnuts and cover mixture with rice paper.
Place the tray in the refrigerator and allow to set. Slice and serve when ready.
