4-5 cloves garlic
2 onions peeled and halved
500g ketchup (or tomato sauce from Everyday Cooking for Every Family)
80g dark brown sugar
100g Teriyaki Marinade
1 tbsp dried chilli flakes (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp mustard powder
Place garlic and onion into TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 7.
Add butter and cook for 15 minutes at 100ºC on speed 1.
Insert Butterfly and add remaining ingredients. Blend ingredients for 5 seconds on speed 3 and then cook for 45 minutes at 100ºC on speed soft.
