Brandy Sauce

Ingredients

• 250g Milk

• 250g Cream

• 30g Butter

• 50g Flour

• 100g Sugar

• 40g Brandy or Rum

Method

Place all ingredients in TM bowl cook for 7 minutes at 90°C, speed 4.
