Bread Rolls/French Bread – Gluten Free

Ingredients – wet

• 2 Egg Whites

• ½ Tsp Vinegar

• 25g Vegetable Oil

• 120g Water

Ingredients – dry

• 250g Dellicate Bread Mix

• 10g Yeast

• 25g Full Cream Powdered Milk or ground almonds

• ½ Tsp Salt

• ½ Tsp TM Baking Powder

Method

Place all wet ingredients into TM bowl, add dry ingredients and mix on speed 7 for 10 Secs.

Knead for 25 seconds.

Beat on speed 5 for 1 minute.

Shape on prepared baking tray, add oil to top of loaf and prove for approximately 30 minutes. Bake for 20-22 mins at 210°C.

Alternative

Use ice-cream scoop and divide mixture into a muffin tray – 12 small or 6 large.
