Ingredients
1 Red Pepper cut into chunks
1 Yellow Pepper cut into chunks
80gms of Butter/Olive oil
50gms double/whipping Cream
50gms Parmesan cheese
2 tblspns of chopped Parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste
Method
Grate Parmesan cheese on speed 8 for 10 seconds set aside
Place Peppers into TM Chop for 6 seconds on speed 4 scrape down the sides of the TM bowl
Add the Butter/Olive Oil and Salt and cook for 20 mins at 100° on speed 1
Cook the Fuseli in boiling salted water so that it is ready at the same time as the sauce
Add the parmesan, cream and pepper to the sauce and mix for 10 seconds on speed 4
Mix the cooked Pasta with the sauce and parsley in a large warm Pasta Bowl
Serve immediately
