Recipe from Festive Flavour Cookbook as featured at 2009 Christmas Cooking Class
2cm piece ginger
85g sour cream
Juice 1 orange
2 tsp poppy seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
200g red cabbage
1 small red capsicum deseeded and chopped
¼ small red onion peeled
100g snow peas
Make dressing first by placing ginger into TM bowl and mincing for 8 seconds on speed 9. Add remaining dressing ingredients and mix for 4 seconds on speed 6.
Add slaw ingredients and chop for 4 seconds on speed 4 to combine.
Garnish with sprigs of Italian parsley if desired.
