Tina’s Paw Paw Jam

1 small ripe paw paw

Equal weight of sugar

1 packet of jam setter

Juice of one juicy lemon.

Peel and chop paw paw into small cubes and place in TM. Add juice of the lemon, and approx 2 tablespoons of water.

Cook for 10 mins, at 90 degrees, reverse soft speed.

Add the sugar and jam setter and continue to cook for an additional 10 mins.

Check that the mixture is able to set, if so fill serialized jars only to devour later.
