500g Quandong Fruit (stones removed) 200g Water
2 Granny Smith Apples (peeled and cored) Juice 1 large Lemon
600g Sugar 1 tsp Australian Fruit Spice (Optional)
Place all ingredients into the TM bowl and cook for 40 minutes at 100ºC on speed 1.
General Tips – If jam starts bubbling up around the MC, tip it on its side or remove until rapid boiling subsides.
Check setting point. If the fruit remains too chunky it can be blended for
5-10 seconds on speed 5. Pour into warm sterilized jars
