Jam Tarts

Pastry Ingredients

500g Plain Flour 2 Egg Yolks

250g Unsalted Butter 1 Egg

Pinch Salt

Pastry Method

Place all ingredients into TM bowl and mix for 1 minute on speed 7 or until the right consistency is achieved.

Cut out tart shapes and glaze with egg yolk, fill with jam and bake in a pre heated oven at 180ºC until golden brown.
