Mascarpone Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients

150g dark chocolate broken into pieces

1/2 MC milk

500g mascarpone cheese

2 tbsp icing sugar

1tbsp plum jam

1/2 MC brandy

Few mint leaves for garnish

Fresh or thawed berries of choice for garnish

Method

Place chocolate and milk into TM bowl, melt for 4 minutes

at 80°C on speed 3. Cool down.

Add remaining ingredients in the bowl.

Mix to combine for 30 seconds on speed 5.

Refrigerate for 1/2 hour minimum before serving.

Serve in a large bowl or in small individual bowls. Decorate

with mint leaves and fruit of your choice i.e. Raspberries or

strawberries.
