I made this last night and it has a magnificent flavour. I added a carrot as well. When sauteing (?) the vegies in step 3 the recipe didn’t mention a temperature so I used 100 degrees. It seemed to be fine.
I used thin spaghetti as the pasta.
I’ll definitely be making it again.
I cooked this tonight and unless I was doing something very wrong, it did not work for me. Using speed 7 pulverised everything and whilst it actually tasted quite nice, my children couldn’t get past the babyfood appearance! Next time, I’ll use a lower speed.
Thanks for your feedback. I dont think you did anything wrong… I have varied results with this mostly due to not paying attention or following the recipe properly but I leave it more chunky as well.
I am very new to Thermomix cooking
I followed the recipe to the letter, and I also found this more like baby food,
I wish I had read the comments before starting, my husband wouldn’t eat it as it was mush, and it didn’t Cook properly,
I also found it had far too much celery for my liking and was bland, I will try again, with only 1 stick of celery and maybe only blitz for 1 or 2 seconds and I will need to add some other spices.
