250gm potatoes, peeled and roughly chopped
1 medium leek, including green tops
2 cups chicken stock
185ml can carnation evaporated skim milk
Chop leek in TM. Add potatoes and stock. Cook on 100 degrees speed 2 for 20 minutes or until potatoes are cooked. Add carnation milk and blend for 1 minutes on speed 8. Serve with croutons.
