Date & Raisin Bars


50 grams natural almonds

50 grams raw cashews

150 grams pitted dates

50 grams raisins

60 grams natural puffed wheat

30 grams flaked coconut

70 grams sesame seeds

150 grams honey


Place almonds and cashews in TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 7 and set aside

Place dates in TM bowl and chop for 8 seconds on speed 7

Return chopped nuts to TM bowl and add remaining dry ingredients. Mix together for 4 seconds on REVERSE speed 4

Add honey and mix for 7 seconds on speed 3 or till well combined

Press mixture into Slice pan and refrigerate for 2hrs until firm.
