50g Parmesan cheese
3 spinach leaves
1 garlic clove (may be roasted)
160g unsalted cashews
80g Olive oil
2 tbsp White vinegar
Place parmesan into TM bowl. Grate 5 sec, speed 8.
Place spinach, garlic, shallot, cashews, oil and vinegar into TM bowl.
Locked lid position, press Turbo Button 4-5 times until resembles coarse pesto dip.
Serve with crackers or toasted bread.
